3. Payment terms

4. Timelines

Project durations quoted are typical ranges. Actual timelines may vary based on site conditions, material availability and approvals.

5. Warranty

Workmanship warranty terms are specified per project in your signed agreement and vary by scope and materials used.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation terms, including any applicable refunds for design or production work already completed, are outlined in your project agreement.
